Yes. The primary driver must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license. For the street-legal Lifted LSV, the same license rules apply as any road vehicle. We verify quickly at handoff.
Every rental includes $1M liability coverage and roadside support at no extra cost. A refundable damage deposit is held at pickup and released when the cart comes back in the same shape.
Standard carts are for neighborhood streets, paths and beach access roads posted at 30 mph or under. The Lifted LSV is registered and plated, so it is legal on most roads posted up to 35 mph. We hand you a simple local map at delivery.
